Our Story
The idea of opening a high end health facility in the Vaudreuil seemed like a dream back in the mid-nineties. As business started developing in the Vaudreuil Industrial Park, it became evident that sooner or later the City of Vaudreuil-Dorion was going to experience an explosion in population growth.
The research began when Alexander von Huene proposed the idea to his father Eberhard von Huene, president of EvH & Associates, Inc, a management consultant firm with investments in KAIROS, a real-estate company in the prestigious Vaudreuil Industrial Park.
Physical Park made sense and was going to complete part of the puzzle to the expansion of Kairos Real Estate and the Vaudreuil area.
In 1998 Alexander recruited Adam Mills, a long time friend and the project was underway. On September 21, 2002 Physical Park officially opened it’s doors.
The concept was to create a health centre unlike any other and to provide the ultimate member experience by combining top-notch services with great design, spaces, lighting and motivating music. This goal has been accomplished, with over 2500 members and over 130,000 visits to the club every year. Physical Park is the daily destination for people searching for better health and living in the western tip of the Island of Montreal.
