Step/Circuit
If you’re looking for a challenge, you’ve come to the right place. It’s no more “Mr. Nice Guy” you’re introduced to Howard’s alter-ego Dexter. Follow ‘Dexter’ through rigorous step/circuit which is guaranteed to get you sweating as you work nearly every muscle in the body, including your heart! You can expect to be working with free weights as well as other various resistance apparatus.
Shakes & Ladders
Boost your cardio, increase your balance and agility, and strengthen your core. Shakes and Ladders will put you through a non-stop series of exercises which will take your performance in any sport or activity to another level. This is an advanced group fitness class. We do not recommend it for individuals who are currently suffering from knee or ankle injuries.
Bootcamp
Challenge yourself with a combination of cardio, strength and athletic exercises. A complete circuit workout with a variety of exercises.
Zumba
Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got ZUMBA!
