A: The ideal temperature for working out is 21 degrees. Keep in mind the club may feel cooler based on the following factors: Humidity level and the type of exercise (if any) that you are doing.

Q: What happens if something in the club is dirty or broken
A: if you notice that something in Physical Park is broken please notify front desk immediately or contact the club directly.

Q: What is the minimum age you have to be to Join Physical Park?
A: Physical Park is an adult club. You have to be 17 years old an older if you want to be a member. If you are under 17 years you have to be under instruction from a Personal Trainer.

A: Physical Park publishes all updates and latest club happenings on the Website, Facebook and Twitter. So we recommend that you check this before you come to the club.
