Physical Park’s Group Fitness program has been designed to benefit members of all fitness levels. Beginners can feel comfortable and build confidence in a group environment, while fitness enthusiasts can incorporate a class or two into their weekly workout routine. No matter your fitness level, we have a class for you!
We host several classes daily ranging from Yoga and Pilates, to Spinning and high intensity Aerobics in one of our 3 customized studios.
