Shakes & Ladders II: Boost your cardio, increase your balance and agility, and strengthen your core. Shakes and Ladders will put you through a non-stop series of exercises which will take your performance in any sport or activity to another level. This is an advanced group fitness class. We do not recommend it for individuals who are currently suffering from knee or ankle injuries.
Bootcamp: Challenge yourself with a combination of cardio, strength and athletic exercises. A complete circuit workout with a variety of exercises.

Description: Challenge yourself to a 60 minute theme spin, 45 minute sculpting boot camp. These programs are designed for all levels, as participants are offered a selection of exercises allowing them to choose a circuit series challenging enough to meet their own fitness level. Learn new exercises every class as you increase your knowledge of proper cardiovascular training, and proper weight resistant techniques using mainly your own body weight through a program jammed packed with fun, friends and fantastic music!
