- ALL spin class reservations must be made the day before the class is held. Classes held from Tuesday through Saturday will take reservations as of 8pm and classes held on Sunday and Monday will take reservations as of 5pm.
- One reservation per person, with the exception of a spouse or child living in the same household.
- VIP members are allowed to reserve in advance. One reservation per member.
- Upon making the reservation, you will be asked to give your full name and phone number in the event of a last minute class cancellation.
- Doors to the Spinning theatre will be locked at all times. The doors will be opened 30 mins prior to the beginning of the class.
- Members must arrive ON TIME in order to get a bike. Once the class has begun, members on the waiting list will be entitled to take any available bikes
- Any member who has reserved a bike, and who has failed to get to class on time will lose their reservation
- Members who are occupying bikes and who are not reserved will be asked to vacate the spot for anyone on the reservation list
- Anyone who hasn’t signed up can wait and see if there are any bikes available after everyone who has reserved has been accommodated.
